Both the pool and fitness center are accessible with your resident key card, giving you secure and convenient access during open hours.

One of the best parts of living at Independence is having nature right outside your door. Our network of walking trails makes it easy to enjoy a morning stroll, an evening walk with friends, or a peaceful moment surrounded by our state’s beautiful scenery. If you have a four-legged friend, the community dog park offers a safe and fun place for pets to play while you connect with neighbors.
Grow Something Beautiful
If you’ve ever wanted to try gardening, our community garden is the perfect place to get started. Residents can grow flowers, herbs, veggies, and other plants while enjoying the fresh air and meeting neighbors who share a love of gardening.
